Well, the hosting that I'm using doesn't support the template file. Is there any chance that the news generator plugin will work with my forum on mypunbb.com?

Thanks for the help, I worked out the problem, I'm using a free host at the moment and it didn't support one of the files. That screwed me up a bit because I couldn't test any changes that I made to the php anyway, and didn't have a clue what was wrong. Sorry for confusing people and stuff....

How do I set up the forum it takes news from then? Also, if someone's used it recently could you explain how to set up the template, and the best place to save the archive to? I have it uploaded but would really like some of this stuff explained. Thanks

I'm trying to install punbb, but some of the "upload" files won't upload this problem could either be my ftp or my webhost(it's free) which I'm just using until I finish the site. What ftps do any of you use? I need one that definately works with punbb. Also, if someone could recommend a free host that works with punbb, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm making a website right now, and need to know some things about news sections. I mean the sections seen on the homepage of most websites that allow the moderators to post updates.
Can they be made by using punbb? If so, how? Can I only start working on these sections once my site is hosted, or can I work on it right now, just like site layout?
This has been bothering me for a while, so I hope you guys understand what I mean. If not, I'll try and explain again, so please reply once you read this.
