Really a shame forumotion doesn't give you any possibility to transfer your data.

But for any reason, none individual backup or sql dump, database will be provided. Please do take good note that for any evoked reasons, no precise safeguard of a forum, dump, backup of the data will be provided. However, the administrator of the forum has at his disposal, a tool which allows him to use these backups in order to restore his board, such as it was at a previous date.

Dear Admin,
thank you for your answer, you are so right forumotion doesn't give any (free/paid) option to transfer the database. this way seems blocked  sad
but allow me to think in a loud voice, is it possible to install a new clean punbb forum, and edit new databases in order to add members, posts' content and date manually?
again I appreciate your assistance and help

Dear all,
I have been using the forumotion service for three years now and I decided to buy a domain and move to a new host.
I need to copy the contents of my old forumotion forum (users+posts) to the new blank punbb forum. Any ideas on how can I do this?
I have about 2000 posts and I am even willing to copy them manually one by one, is there a method to post them with the original sender and date to the new forum.
I appreciate your assistance and waiting for your ideas
