I've this error when i want to approcve a post

Please can you help me   it's important.

The error occurred on line 1539 in /home/xxxx/public_html/www_xxxx/extensions/pun_approval/functions.php

Database reported: Duplicate entry '27' for key 1 (Errno: 1062).

Hello
I've pun tags extension. All is ok

I should like to have meta keywords content so i think to create a function in pun tags functions to read tags and put them in meta keyword content

The function works, put i don't arrive to put this meta keywords content. Where must i call and display resukts of my function to get meta keywords after <head> <tilte> etc.
