If you have upgraded to the latest version there is a folder names extras with the file you need.

I have a website that my friend wrote for me that already uses PHP/MySQL to post the content and have PunBB in the same DataBase as the site its self and need to know how I can integrate the forum and the site. I can make a phpsource page with the exact code for the main site if someone needs to see how we did it to help me with the process.
