I don't think it's a sever issue.  It gets executed and gives a 500 error.  It could be a PHP issue?  Windows binaries: http://www.kevinworthington.com:8181/

I'm having problems running PunBB 1.2.10 on a Windows XP SP2 laptop using LightTPD and PHP 5.1.2 in CGI mode (FastCGI does not work on Windows yet).  Other PHP apps run.  With PunBB, I get a 500 error.  I want to style it locally, then upload the styles to the server.  It's too annoying to edit one css-property -> save -> upload -> refresh.

I need somehow to make it match the rest of the site and show the header and footer on the redirect page.

http://www.ksuicehockey.com/community   I'm still working on styling it.  My main problem is that the redirect does not show the footer and the header (my header and my footer) for a few seconds.  I'm not sure how to fix that.
