1. Unzip (you should get a folder named "fb_pp_like_buttons" with a file ("manifest.xml") in it ).
2. Upload that folder to your PunBB extensions directory (something like "PunBBForum/extensions/"
3. login to your forum as administrator
4. Go to: Administration -> Extensions -> Manage Extensions
5. Find that extension in the list and install it from there
6. Enjoy
