I am having trouble with registrants receiving activation links. Is there a manual way of adding people via the admin console?

I am having the same problem. It never happened before since 2012. No registrants are receiving their activation emails, however, I am receiving emails stating that there is a new registrant. Help!

I have punbb1.4 and had no problems with it until this week. The registrants are not receiving their email activation links. I am receiving that there is a new registrant, but no link to them. Please advise if you have any idea what is causing this.

It seems someone is using automated spam software to post in my forum and I do not know how to stop this. I stopped registration for a few weeks, but as soon as I enabled it, they started up again. I tried making them verify via email and they are still doing this. Is there something I can do to stop this?
I have to delete them manually.

I have tried over and over to set the time in the settings. I chose EST (-5) which is my time and the format h:m:s and it does not display correct time. Also, having the same problem with the date. Am I missing something?
