does the forums has the feature that user's posts can not be shown on until administrator's permission.

the forum can not be updated to 1.42 now. (seem the database can not to be updated ,and the web can not working also)
I've restored to 1.41 ,but the database not restore (have no 1.41 database ),also working normal !
