Hi,
I have a problem because I use blog:cms (utf-8) with punBB ( ANSI ), so our czech letters (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ý, á, í, ú, ? ) doesn't works... I have read this http://punbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=9146, but it helps not... So my question is: how can I make punBB display itself in UTF-8?
