thanks, so presently i cannot access the froum settings and i am the only one who originally had/has access, so that rules that one out. How would i go about sorting this via root server access? Sorry, but really not my thing this but agreed to help set up a forum hoping it would forever run smoothly

hi sorry if posting to the wrong arena, but i cannot access admin. i do not receive and email when i request password reset. new users to the forum are also not being sent emails when they register. thanks

my user has now said she can log in with new details, but cannot logout!!! New to me. What on earth can the problem be with this user?!
All help gratefully received.
Latest - she logged out and can't log in again and get's redirected to login page everytime she's tries to login.

dont have base url .htaccess but have tried the other option. i shall have to wait and see now i guess?

dear all, i appreciate in the myriad of postings, there may be another like this one.
I have a user of my forum who tries time after time to login, sometimes can, more often cannot.
