This extension is for 1.4, update your forum to this version.
Firstly open config.php and uncomment:
//define('FORUM_DISABLE_HOOKS', 1);Then uninstall this extension, update your forum to 1.4, and then re-install bbcode_html.

Yes that would come very handy!
My forum is haunted by many SPAMMERS. It would be very nice to be able to stop them in an easy way before they spoil the forum for the people it was intended for by posting a lot of topics and posts.
IMHO it's not a good anti-spam tool, if you mean robots. Try this http://punbb.informer.com/forums/topic/ … nstopbots/
This feature is good for moderating topics in specific forums.

Because it's for 1.3, not for 1.4.
You can just upload favicon.ico file into root of your board, or/and add this line into include/template/main.tpl:
