Out of the blue every time I try to update in the "admin options" I receive this error: "Unable to update board config".

Hi all
I just added Image Upload 1.2.1 on a PunBB 1.2.10 and when I try to set the check boxes I get:
Error: Unable to insert group forum permissions.
