i'd rather stick with phpnuke or maybe postnuke or cpgnuke.

hello.
i am in the process of making a new site.
i have yet to decide completely on whether to go with phpnuke 7.8 or the latest postnuke. i even considered cpgnuke.
my main concern is language support.
alot of my visitors will be the arabic crowd and i aim to have the site localized completely.
i heard about punbb from opensourcecms.com so here i am
what cms system (from the three above) can i integrate with easily?
will the CMS themes work also? i can already assume the answer but i'll hope for something else.
