I got it!
The problem was that I unzipped an extension but didn't click Install.

I'm setting up a forum. I'm logged in as a normal user and I try to change my setting in:
SuperBikes Forum -> John's profile -> Settings
When I click 'Update profile', I get this error:
Sorry! The page could not be loaded.
This is probably a temporary error. Just refresh the page and retry. If problem continues, please check back in 5-10 minutes.
The 'error_log' says:

Settings is the only thing I cannot change.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
