My Forum does not automaticly upgrade anymore, and the advise is to upgrade manualy. I downloaded the latest version 1.4.4 but cannot find how to use it as an upgrade...Can yoiu tell me how to do that without losing all my posts and members and all...??

Hi
We use for a long time with pleasure the forum...but now...
Some posts (posted by administrator) is suddenly empty, when click on edit the post appear, but is not visible in the view mode.....help????
