We're working on that site, but generally it uses that like optimised or w/e version of punbb with the portal and stuff

What type of forum softwear would you suggest for a tournament forum for some sort of BF2 tournament
I need it so that there are two types of usergroups, the EU and the PLA, but each team has regular troops and a command staff, I need something where you can make specific moderator groups that only have access to their divisional forum category thing, and I don't think PunBB has that, and PHPBB is out of the question, because I hate PHPBB
What forum softwear would you suggest?

Does PunBB have some sort of free plan for hosting, like a free subdomain for example?
Because PHPnuke offers free plans, and I was wondering if you guys offer some sort of sub-domain for free, because the www.tehsig.com forums are a PunBB sub-domain

And if the regular $12 hosting gives you a domain, how much do sub-domains cost? and how many can you have, and how do you make sub-domains?
And give me some of the things that the hosting offers in terms that a 16 year-old can understand
