I would like to customize the menu on the header.  I know you can add links in the admin section but I want to remove them.  Can anyone tell me the files I need to edit to do this?

I would like to only have the links Index and Login when the menu is shown without being logged in.

Then I would like to add links based on the persons usergroup.  Is this possible?  Thank you!

Is it possible to add a feature where you can select which user groups can use avatars?  Or is there a mod out that does this feature?  Right now, if I enable it, everyone can use them.  I only want certain groups to have them.
