Just got the same problem, and since I dont know anything about databases and such I'm asking for help here 
I enabled debug mode and got this error:
An error was encountered
File: /hasd/local/home/d00000/forum.bjguild.com/index.php

PunBB reported: Unable to fetch category/forum list
Database reported: Got error 28 from table handler (Errno: 1030)
