I fixed it sems that when i deleted the test item it screwed something up, so I deleted the database then deleted the files recreated the database uploaded the files reinstalled it and set up the categories changing the test to a real category, no more problems, posting is good. thanks to tubby for testing.

I just uploaded and am trying to administrate the new forum but with topics new topics in the categories even as an administrator i cant post.

Here is the link to the test forum please give me feedback since it is my first time it is possible that I left something unchecked within the administration.
