In the attaches/ folder of the forum I see files with .attach extension which correspond to the files currently attached to the forum. Having FTP access, I can't copy them, nor can I rename them or change access rights. The same thing happens with attached files of images in the img/users/ folder of the forum.
It turns out that I can't make a proper back-up copy of the forum.
Could you advise me how I can solve this problem?
