maybe another fontcolor would be better to see difference between topic and by user

I know this should be easy one to fix, but for some reason it is not
How do I make so its a new line after topic name?
In css is should be
#punindex TD.tcr SPAN.byuser {DISPLAY: block}but its not for some reason
I find it kinda strange since display: block should make a new line in css
the code above is taken from base.css

the tmp folder doesnt exist anywhere 
is there a tmp folder in punbb folder?

I have the same problem. But this time its not a windows server, i think its a UNIX server
how can i solve this problem? i have checked the code, and cant find where this temporary folder is

anyone got a backup of this plugin? the download link seems to be dead
