since you have close the guest post permission
i don't think there is possible for a guest to post.

as my forum based on punbb1.2
if there is no permission to post on forum id 1
then you access http://xxx.tld/post.php?fid=1
the forum should give you a tip that " you have not permission to view this page"

i just set the font-size to : 14px; that will be better in sentivity.

it's a little problem if you have some skills on web design it's simple to solve but no need to upgrade.

I do suggest you remain the original url. coz i'm ever using a url rewrite mod..it sucks.and after you install it, you can not moderating forum topics.(http bad reffer).
