I'm a moderator and the plugin was install with AMP prefix on the plugins directory by the webmaster
where is the permision setting to change ? in punBB ou in MySQL ?

I'm a moderator on an PunBB 1.2.12 forum and i would like to know if it's possible to delete an user (flooder) and all his message in one time ?
Where in can find the documentation of the moderator and administrator possibility ?
