I was going to try install this mod but i dont find this anywhere

I tried to make my own style for my forum, but when I was reading through some posts i noticed there was a white box in one of them
that is how it looks like, you can also see it on: http://forum.meridian59.net/viewtopic.php?pid=274#p274
i have no idea why it is like this, i looked in source for site, and i see nothing wrong, ive been looking through more topics and i see some more places where there are white boxes like this, i dunno what is causing it 
I've tried to install Private Messaging System but it doesn't appear in the menu or anything. I did everything as it said in install.txt, I checked many times, but it still doesn't work.
I have added plugin for captcha and easy poll, but those should not interfere with pms?
If i goto http://www.meridian59.net/forum2/message_list.php I can see the inbox and send messages, but it appears not in profile, not in menu or anything. anyone has a solution?
it is like nothing is being included for private message system

Vilket program kan man öppna extern.php i så det ser bra ut, öppnade med notepad men ingen struktur alls såg inget alls, men man kunde se i IE men kan ju inte ändra, någon som vet en bra text editor?
Hmph, får väl försöka igen annars lägga ner det, men vore kul om det ville fungera, men men, en till fråga då när jag ändå skriver någon som vet en bra mailserver gratis helst och inte allt för svårt att konfiuera heller, vill ju att allt skall fungera 
Edit! Var får man tag på kod för att t.ex lägga till på en start sida som visar de senaste inläggen i forumet och länk till dem precis som du har på www.punbb.org ? 
Okej nu fick jag det att fungera utan error men när jag går in på http://forum.broody.mine.nu så kommer det bara till starta sidan dvs http://broody.mine.nu (apache startsidan har ej ändrat själv än)
