I moved my websites from computer A to computer B.
When I enter the forum, the computer gives an error.
What do I have to do to move the forum correctly from A to B?

I downloaded a language pack to use in my forum.
In the directory ../forum/lang (where already exists a directory English) I copied the downloaded directory Dutch. After logout and re-login to the Administrator-section of my forum, I am not able to select another language.
How do I do that?
