Ok I right clicked the file "Cache' and clicked directory info, It comes up with a bunch of numbers, I have no Idea where to change folder to 777.

Okay after I install the forums I get this problem
An error was encountered
Error: Unable to write configuration cache file to cache directory. Please make sure PHP has write access to the directory 'cache'.What can I do to fix it.
Also in the FTP, my Cache folder has nothing in it other then Config.php and .htaccess
