Is there a dashboard to show latest posts?

The show all un-read message is good start but once I read one of the message then I have to go back to the index to hit the "show all un-read" again but the message I just read is still show as un-read and I have to dig through the other forum to look for other post.

It would be nice to have some dashboard to show all un-read post show I just click through the list to keep up with posts.
