Topic: from SMF to PunBB
Having used SMF for 5 months and having it work perfectly, they had an upgrade that caused so much trouble with so many people, me being one of them on three boards, and they were not giving any sound help to rectify the problem.
SO I SWITCHED!!!
I actually found PunBB through WithOutABox.com--the software they use.
Although not rich in features, it does have the essentials; and most of the fluff is not really used my members, only the admin.
Mr. Rickard Andersson. If you read this I have a question that when we get closer to it, will ask personally, but in the mean time:
Do you mind of your PunBB software was used, seen, mentioned, in a short movie? My only way to support things I like.
We finished our first and are getting ready to do the second, which will be 30 - 45 minutes long and sent to festivals.
