Topic: Why not 1.5?

It seems to me there are a lot of changes in PunBB 1.3 that properly worth more than a .1 release.

Or are they small changes that just generally took a long time to implement?

1.3 is alot different to 1.2 just like 1.2 is alot different from 1.1
