Topic: After IP change there's a fault in language version

After our internet connectivity provider (server that hosts our domain) has changed IP addresses. The problem is not only in seeing new address, but also in other things: Sooner, we have installed PunBB, there were no problems at all, until changing IP became. Then, there is a fault in language (Czech signs are not displayed correctly). Can anybody help in that?

Re: After IP change there's a fault in language version

Is it possible: there were no internal change, but after provider has changed IP address, we got a problem: all the messages got fault (diacritics was not displayed correctly) and if we try to send a message with diacritics (???????ýáíé?), it is not displayed entirely. Where is a problem?

Re: After IP change there's a fault in language version

I'm not sure what might be the cause but have you updated the base url of the forum in the administration options with the new IP?

Re: After IP change there's a fault in language version

URL is the same as it was before. Nothing changed. The thing is that even if nothing changes, with change of IP address, all the diacritics have fallen. White place in PunBB troubleshooting?

What is the URL?

Nevermind, I think I found the issue:
http://bohumin.php5.cz/viewtopic.php?id=1

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=cp-1250" />

The fix: http://punbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=59543#p59543
You might also talk with the person who runs your server: they might have changed the way MySQL is set up

Re: After IP change there's a fault in language version

You have old info. Despite, over there is "windows-1250" it doesn't works. We have tried almost all. is there any advice for universal coding (displaying all the signs - ?????????ý??ýýáá?)?
