The copyright notice in the source code of every PunBB file will tell you what you need

You are not allowed to change the copyright to imply that you are the copyright holder of PunBB. If you remove Rickard's name I suggest putting your own copyright notice somewhere else on the page and not directly linked to the Powered by PunBB text.

Open footer.php and look for Rickard Andersson.
