Topic: How to include common links on HTML home page of the site

I wish to integrate the following links:

Index
User list
Rules
Search
Profile
Login/Logout
Logged in as or not logged in

in the index page of my site

The forum runs as domain.com/forums/

and

I want to include these links in domain.com/index.html

Any help would be appreciated.

go to http://bunpai.com
what i did was take a css template and punbb mix them together
the forum got alittle of my coding
i did a bunpai.com everything inside that www folder no /forum

My stuff or my style might sux, but atleast I'm willing to help when I can.
