I want to edit the line under the posts that say that you can, report, delete edit and quote posts. I want to remove them all exept for the one that lets you edit the posts

well, if you want to remove the ability to do the other two things, make sure to actually remove the ability and not just the link to them

Well removing the links would due the trick, i uses them inside my forum. I only want to remove them from my new edited index.php
