Topic: "Property Rental Management" PHP Script? Please help

Hi,

I am thinking of creating a website for my stepmum who buys property to let.

I will design the site gladly but would rather not have her phoning me every day asking me to update the site to add or remove properties. Is there already a good, open source property management script out there or is this something I am going to have to work on myself from scratch? If so would anyone be willing to give me a hand?

I have searched Google etc but not much is turned up. Most say they are free but when I go to download it is just a demo of the commercial software.

Free Realty: http://freerealty.rwcinc.net/ - it's the only one I've heard about.

It lets you list your properties but you'd need something like QuickBooks to handle the money end of it.
