need some help with the menu again

Hey guys my site is @ thethinkinghat.com/test. I decided not to intregrate my menu into punbb. Rather just put my heading on the index of the forum. When you go to my site you will see my "heading" and menu/ I want to replace the header in punbb with my header and somehow use my css to style it. IE Use the same background color and fonts etc. Can anybody help?
