How did you generate the html files, wget mirror or on the fly? What version of Ubuntu are you running?
I'm planning on putting up some screen shots of the 1.3 backend, I was just waiting for some things to finalize.

Everyone can download the current (I would call it alpha stage) version of 1.3, it's public.

i'm using ubuntu 6.10 edgy eft
i just installed punbb on my localhost and
wget -m -k -E -l 0 -D localhost http://localhost/punbb/three/ --no-cookies --header "Cookie: name=content"i copied the cookie info from firefox cookie manager.
afterwards you just have to manually add Oxygen_cs.css

grudon66: I would suggest you stick with 1.2 for the time being.
To answer your question though, you need to run the db_update.php script when upgrading a forum.

for firefox it displays great, but for MSIE 6.0.2800.1106 (win 2k), it shows like crap, look:

You are wasting your time posting about this. I do not maintain the svn stylesheets in working order while the markup is being worked on so most of the time it will look broken in one browser or another.

As I said, I'd suggest you stick with 1.2. That being said, you need to ensure that you have replaced all of your files with their updated copies:

i think there is error to set charset... doe's not work... i set windows-1250 like on PunBB 1.2.* and letters like ???? are not show like i write...
i test this maybe before long time... I'm download PunBB manualy file by file huuuuh... and test

At this point, it's really irrelevant: 1.3 is not ready for production use and it's still being worked on (ie: the default charset hasn't yet been changed to UTF-8). There's really no need to majorly screw around with 1.3 yet (ie: try using an alternate language setting) simply because there's no telling how much code we'll change before the beta.

They're not taking bugs on 1.3 yet, because it's not ready for such testing.
