Administration -> option -> Board description (A short description of this bulletin board (shown at the top of every page). This field may contain HTML.)

may i add image on the header with that feature? but <img src="file"> cant insert the image. what tag(s) to add image on the header?

thats cuz you'd have to edit the .css file within each theme in the /styles/ dir
