Turn off censor and enable clickable links for moderator and above.

I have disabled links and used censor to remove any hope that spammers will be attracted to the board for search engine optimization purposes.
It works beautifully.
Spammers don't give a damn about free adds, its all for google, so if you disable links they go elsewhere.

However, I would like to allow mods and admin to bypass this protection.

Has someone already done this?
