After I have moved forum to another server, I've opened forum normally, next I've logined out and then no possible to login in once again 
Nobody registered yet, only me (admin), but now I cannot login.
I dont wanna instal new forum, what can I do for fix my forum?
please help me

What did you do when you "moved to another server?" Did you copy the PunBB files? Did you run the install.php file again? Did you backup and restore anything from your old forum database?

I've backup all files from old forum database and restore to new server (without run the install.php), and then I've changed Base URL (admin/options) only.
Maybe the cookie path in config.php is incorrect.

yes, if I register as a new user works fine, but I'm admin and create my account on my old forum (old server),
I cannot login as admin on this new forum.

Hey, im having this problem too.
I backed up my old database, installed a new forum, ran install.php and then restored the database. All the posts and everything worked fine but some members have said they cannot login. I can login fine and some others can but some cannot.
One member who said they could not log in gave me their password and I found that I could login as them, although they cannot.
This is what happens when they try to login:
"Anytime I try with the password that I thought it was, it brings me back to the topics page saying "you are not logged in" but any time I type in a password that I'm pretty sure it isn't, it just tells me that I have the wrong password"
What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Check the cookie settings
Hey, thanks for your reply. How would I do this? I thought that cookies may have somthing to do with it.
config.php has the cookie settings
Oh yeah, I see them. What do I need to change? The config file is the same one from my last server, I just uploaded it to my new server and change the database info. I didnt modify the cookies.

The only troubleshooting ever since this change is that I cannot edit template, like html and stuff. When i make changes and save/update i get "main.tpl could not be opened, please report this to the administrator"

Hmm, I don't see anything wrong with those settings. What browser is the person using?
I believe they are using IE.
I dont know if this has any relevance but when moving my forum to the new server I dont think I ran install.php.
I just used the old config.php, I didnt instal it because when I instal it and then restore the database it says it cant because the tables already exist. Do I need to install it properly? Is that why it dosnt work?
No, you don't need to run install.php.
I would need to see a link to the forum to tell more, although I have an idea.

I'd be tempted to check they haven't, (your problem users), got an AV software like McAfee/Norton screwing around with their cookies/security.
