How can I transfer (for example) the topics, posts and user from ForumA to ForumB?
I have tried exporting and importing SQL, but it didn't work.

I'm not sure what you're asking about. Do you have seperate installs of PunBB that you want to merge or do you want to move the address of the forums?

So does the forum you want to copy the stuff to already have posts, etc?

Yes, I have posted them only for testing.

Then why do you need a second forum? Just move the forum you currently have to the new URL or whatever it needs.
