Topic: Trouble updating from 1.2.13 to 1.2.15 - no input file specified?

Hey folks,
So I've uploaded all the files, including the specified update file. When I try to run the file in the browser, all I get is text that says "No input file specified." Any idea what could cause this?

Make sure everything was actually uploaded correctly
