Topic: Change made to Annoucement header not taking

I searched and found the way to change the heading "Announcement" in the lang/english/common.php file.

I changed the code as follows:

// Miscellaneous
'Announcement'            =>    'Sponsors',

Uploaded the updated common.php file and the word "Announcement" is still there.  I want it to read "Sponors" as it contains a banner ad.

Am I missing something else?

Try uploading the file again. If you still have the issue, it's a caching problem with your browser.

Thank you!  Third time of reseting the browser cache was the charm.  I read that Safari is prone for retaining stuff in cache even after resets. In any event it worked. Thanks for a great forum.
