No show avatars in topic / post

Hi. Some time ago i instaled reputation mod (i have another rep mod) and it dont works 4 me soo i restore this but in topic avatars dont show now.

in profile they show

Display:

Administration> options > avatars

it looks fine but when i go on post avatars dont show for me 'n all ppl

Somebody can help me? maybe something need to do whit post.php or vietopic.php? hmn... i dont know on this well

today i install User Avatar In Userlist.php and dont show them too

and this is in InternetExpl.

Any idea?
