Approval of Topics and Posts by Mods, Members and Guests

Greetings. I want a MOD or Plugin by which the all the topics and posts post made by Mods, Members and Guests will go into the approval moderation queue. They will become visible on the forum and rss feeds only when the Admin approves them. The admin should receive an email notification when each new topic or post is added in the approval queue.

I know this functionality will be added in 1.3 but I cannot wait for that. I cannot start my forum without this mod. My forum is small forum and I need to fully protect it from abuse or wrong posts so I need this feature.

I tried the Comment Control mod http://www.punres.org/viewtopic.php?id=3013 but it moderates (approves) only topic replies not the new topics. An approval feature has been added in that mod for new topics by guests only in the v 2.0 but the readme file has not been modified to apply that. Also there is no approval feature for members' posts which is what exactly what I need.

I am ready to pay for this Mod. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
