Topic: Add new user by admin

Hello I didn't find that possibility.

I set "Allow new registrations to NO" and now I want add new user.
I will be nice to add this user from admin panel not from sql command
;-)

Hm remove user is in Admin Panel but add user is in Plugin
It is too  strange for me ;-)
Installed and it works.

Because normally users register, they aren't manually added: for people who want that functionality, there's a plugin smile
