its been few days since the last build ... i wonder if they finished the bugs ... if they did then there are still 2 bugs i know which are not fixed ...

Maybe a month later because I think beta testers will notify many times so second Beta maybe publish after a month.

Nope. When it's ready. A RC only becomes available when all known bugs in the beta have been sorted, and all features/enhancements are frozen other than for bugfixes. There is no timeframe other than when it's ready.
