Topic: Like the punres portal

Hello.
Which portal is used to have the punres homepage with two columns to which it's possible to add links?
I checked miniportal and it only added one sidebar.

by going to that link you supplied and scrolling to bottem it gives you the css code to create the effect of both left and right blocks.
