Topic: Strange error

Okay, i have installed a fresh version of PunBB (i have downloaded this version from this site) and i get this error after instalation:

There is no valid language pack 'English' installed. Please reinstall a language of that name.

you removed the English folder in /langs/

no, it's still there. i have tried tu upload it again (just the language directory) and it did no good. any help?
