Topic: Is there a "how to install polls for Dummies" available?

omg im so lost. I got easy polls and the instructions say:

#

install_mod.php
vote.php
poll.php
viewpoll.php
lang/LANGUAGE/polls.php

So where do I upload it?
And do I upload the files, or the folder?

Is there instructions that tell me step by step how to do things? I dont know anything so instructions that assume I know what folders go where I get lost.

yes its simple, put all the files in the correct folder, where their is no folder put it in the root, put the polls.php in your langage folder.

Thanks but this part I dont understand.

My folder says Easy_Poll-1.1.3
so I upload that to "forum" or I upload that folder to "Plugins"?
or do I just upload the files up, and not the folder?

sigh sad

I tried to upload the file but when I run it I get this error:

Warning: main(./include/common.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/purse/domains/mysite.com/public_html/forum/plugins/Easy_Poll-1.1.3/install_mod.php on line 94

no you get the folder contece from Easy_Poll-1.1.3 and put it in forum/ so install_mod.php should be in /forum/install_mod.php

but now I got this error: You are running a version of PunBB (1.2.17) that this mod does not support. This mod supports PunBB versions: 1.2.3, 1.2.4, 1.2.5, 1.2.6

anyone know what poll im supposed to use?
