Topic: Why were group IDs changed between 1.2 and 1.3???

I can't help but wonder, why were the group IDs changed between versions 1.2 and 1.3: In 1.2, Members were 2, Moderators 3. In 1.3, Moderators are 4, Members are 3. Why on Earth didn't you keep the IDs unchanged???

For this you will have to ask the developers who created 1.3.
